We gladly accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or size-related issues. To ensure a smooth process, please make an unboxing video of the parcel. Without this video, exchange or return requests will not be processed.

Unboxing Video Instructions:
Kindly create a video showcasing the unboxing of the package. This video is crucial for processing any exchange or return requests. Make sure to capture the opening of the packet clearly.

Timeframe for Requests:
Exchange or return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. Along with the request, please attach the unboxing video and images of the product.

Processing Time:
Your request will be processed within 7 days of submission. Please be patient as we work diligently to ensure a quick and efficient resolution.

Policy Highlights:

- No claims will be considered without a corresponding unboxing video.

Exchange Details:
For exchange, note that some courier services may not accept returns in certain areas. In such cases, customers may need to arrange self-return using a reliable courier service like India Post. Share the tracking details, and within 24 hours, a new parcel will be shipped from our end. All details will be communicated to the customer accordingly.

Return Eligibility:
Returns will only be accepted in the case of a wrong or damaged product. Please note a flat rate of ₹100.00 will be charged for return shipping.

Condition of Returned Item:
The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Return requests will only be accepted if there is no replacement product available due to stock unavailability.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of online payment.

Alternative Options:
If a replacement product is not desired, customers can opt for any other product of the same value or receive a coupon of equivalent value.
