At Ashvy.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted under specific conditions outlined below.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only for size issues or damaged/defective products, subject to the following terms:

Exchange Request Window:
You must raise an exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Exchange:

Wrong size received or size doesn’t fit.

Damaged or defective product received.

Condition of the Product:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Any item showing signs of wear, stains, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Proof of Issue:

In case of damage or defect, clear photos or videos must be shared with our support team for verification before approval.

Pickup & Return Process:

We will try to arrange a reverse pickup from your address where possible.

If a pickup service is not available in your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our return address.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch the replacement item.

Shipping of Replacement:

After successful verification of the returned item, we will ship the exchanged product to you at no additional charge (for first exchange only).

Non-Exchangeable Items

Products returned after 3 days of delivery.

Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

Items without original tags or packaging.

Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective).

Refund Policy

We currently do not provide refunds for any reason. Only size or damage-related exchanges are processed as per the terms above.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
